What payment methods are supported by Shumitako?

How safe is the packaging? Do I have to pay extra for bubble wrap?

All products are shipped using a reasonably safe and secure packing. We differentiate the way we handle each collectible type.

We are experienced in shipping 20,000+ fragile products to many provinces in Indonesia and worldwide. However, please note that a safe and secure packaging can only minimize the shipping damage but does not fully eliminate the risk of mishandling by courier which is beyond our control.

I ordered 3 products together, however only 2 arrived. What to do?

Always take unboxing video prior to opening your parcel (without any pause and always focuses on the parcel) and send it to our Instagram @shumitako together with your order id. We will investigate the evidence submitted. If we are proven wrong, we will either refund your money or send the remaining products. All shipping cost will be borne by Shumitako.

I received different product from what I ordered. What to do?

Always take unboxing video prior to opening your parcel (without any pause and always focuses on the parcel) and send it to our Instagram @shumitako together with your order id. We will investigate the evidence submitted. If we are proven wrong, please ship back the wrong parcel to Shumitako. After that, we will send the correct parcel. All shipping costs will be borne by Shumitako.

I received the correct sealed product. However, the product has defect. Can I request for an exchange or refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot give exchange or refund for factory defects. Factory defects include but not limited to paint error, chipping, and/or missing parts.

What happened if my order is damaged during shipment?

As we have provided a reasonably safe and secure packing for all products, unfortunately we shall not be held liable for any damages occurred during the shipping process.

What happened if my order is lost during shipment?

Please contact our Instagram @shumitako and provide your order id. We will try out best to track your missing parcels by contacting the courier.

If the parcel has been confirmed to be missing by the courier and it has been proven that the buyer is not at fault at all (for example due to wrong address), we will give you full refund for the cost of items (after discounts or cashback). We may request for evidence from time to time. So, please provide evidence as much as you can to process your refund with us.

Can I cancel my order after making payment?

As long as the product has not been packed or dispatched by us, you can cancel the order. Please contact our Instagram @shumitako and provide your order id.

Can I refund my completed order?

Generally, you cannot refund your completed order except in the case of wrong shipment by Shumitako.
